Magnesium supplementation is considered essential for your health as a result of increasing magnesium deficiency in modern diet, pollution and poisoning of farmland etc. Magnesium plays a crucial role in more than 300 basic biochemical reactions in our cells. To use this product for the first time, please turn the pump a quarter to open. Pump several times until the magnesium serum comes out. Pump as needed, for example on one arm and possibly distribute it on your other arm as well (1 pump dosage corresponds to approx. 100 mg. pure elemental magnesium). So apply the magnesium serum in small amounts to the arms, legs, stomach, armpits or wherever desired. Then massage in very lightly. The longer you massage in the magnesium, the better it will be absorbed.
A slight tingling and warm feeling is completely normal and indicates that the magnesium has been well absorbed. If the tingling is too intense, you can wet the skin first before applying the magnesium serum. To encourage absorption, leave the serum on for at least 15 minutes. You can rinse off the magnesium serum afterwards, but most people let it soak in completely.
Daily use, both in the morning and in the evening, is recommended for optimal effect. For muscle pain and cramps, the magnesium serum can be applied directly to the painful skin. If you have severe skin problems, please consult your doctor beforehand.
There is no point in using too much magnesium serum, it only costs magnesium and then it is no longer absorbed by the skin, which keeps the skin moist.
Use by athletes
Apply the magnesium well before exercise. This gives you more flexible muscles and less muscle pain after exercise.
Magnesium from food is best
In addition to magnesium supplements, preferably use magnesium-rich fruits and vegetables.
Green vegetables contain a lot of magnesium. The darker the green of the vegetable, the more magnesium it contains. If you suffer from a magnesium deficiency, it is better to eat the dark green leaves of lettuce instead of the light green ones. Not a fan of vegetables and do you prefer fruit? Then you can eat magnesium-rich fruits, such as bananas, apricots, plums and raspberries. These types of fruit contain the most magnesium compared to other types of fruit
