Himalayan Magnesium Bath Crystals

These elemental magnesium bath crystals of the highest purity from the Himalayas are ideal for 1-4 baths in the bathtub and 32 foot baths. The Himalayan Magnesium Bath Crystals contain a much higher magnesium concentration (47%). 1 kg magnesium bath crystals contain 120g pure elementary magnesium.

Magnesium foot bath:

The foot bath is a practical and simple alternative to the bath.

Feet should be immersed in the footbath at least up to the ankles.

Use really warm water of at least 37 degrees Celsius. For a good reception, the duration of the treatment must be at least 30 minutes.

For a footbath we recommend the following doses.

• Maintenance: 2 x foot bath (5 liters of water) per week with at least 125 grams of magnesium chloride.

• For severe magnesium deficiency: 3 x foot bath (5 liters of water) per week with 300 to 400 grams of magnesium chloride.

Magnesium bath (approx. 100 liters)

Taking a bath with Himalayan Magnesium is the ideal way to relax and promote sleep. It fills the magnesium balance in an effective and relaxed way. As an added benefit, magnesium prevents cell acidification and aids in detoxification, for example in chemotherapy. You can also use a combination of magnesium chloride and sodium bicarbonate 3: 1 The minerals and trace elements in Himalayan magnesium also have beneficial effects on your health and well-being.

If using in a bath, use at least 1kg up to 4kg of magnesium flakes. The water temperature must be around 37 degrees Celsius. A Himalayan magnesium bath is also recommended for overworked and sore muscles.

Dosage:

• Relaxation: to sleep well when stressed and tired, use 1 kg of magnesium bath crystals in the bath.
• To remedy a magnesium deficiency: minimum 2 baths per week of 30 minutes each with 2 kg of magnesium bath crystals.
• To remedy a severe magnesium deficiency: minimum 2 baths per week of 30 minutes each with 4 kg of magnesium bath crystals.
